The vertical component of the two tensions, P is to counteract the attached W,20 kg weight.
Since the rope needs to completely strengthen, it would become horizontal again. Hence, the tension becomes horizontal. This Horizontal Tension cannot give a vertical component, in other words the vertical component is given only at T=∞
