Ques 3) If the equation of a disturbing wave at a given instant is y = PQ + (x±c.t) (where y is the displacement at distance x and c is the pulse velocity). The amlitude of the pulse at t=0 is y = 1 1 - x2 and the amplitude of the pulse at t= 2 is y = 1{1 + (x+1) 2 respectively. Then find the pulse velocity.
