==> v22-v12 = 2g(h-x) ... (i)
πr2v1 = πr'2v2 .. (ii)
==> v1 = (r'/r)2v2
Putting,
v22(1-(r'/r)4) = 2g(h-x)
as hole is small r'/r ≈ 0
so, v22 = 2g(h-x)
so v2 = √2g(h-x)
