procedure for online BT examination

till now i have given my BT tests offline but from now onwards i want to give my remaining tests online. I want to know how to get the id and pass required for online examination. i tried my doubt letter id and pass but it didn't worked. I have mailed my problem to BT but havent received any confirmation yet....

actually how do we get our id and pass???
