What can i get in iit??

One of my friend got AIR 5498 and (if he wants the tag of IIT), what can he get in IIT??

Note....In case of B.Tech or a Dual degree...

Mostly he is likely to get dual degree i think so....if ur opinion is yes what can he get in a decent stream of engg??

i think he can get mech dual/metallurgy at IT-BHU

do u mean mechanical (dual degree) in some iits, or metallurgy at BHU??

Yes,, one more thing he is intersted in Mechanical Engineering...

i meant both at BHU,but he might still get something better

he can get it in ISMU or ITBHU, ask him to try for new IITs...
