The government has recently introduced a Reservation for the Professors at IIT's after a newspaper report carried by a leading daily that IIT's were not following this norm!!

very well said.. but we need to think beyond all this. The politicians never will. They will think of their gains.
We cant do much . We should rather concentrate on getting through IIT JEE and hopefully a bright future where you have the power to make decisions!
1But after JEE what? Serve some corporate... you know for doing really good stuff you don't need any certificate from a top institute. The dream should be big and pure, and as long as you you think that way, I approve small goals like JEE. You may not be able to do much right now, but if you keep it in mind, hopefully you will have have your day in future...
