simply "resonance in 2nd is more" than that in "first"
finally "thee is no resonance in 3rd"..
Since order of dehydration depends on the stability of carbocation formed. Thus, 2>1>3
if there was no resonance then one could see "hyper conjugation (no of alpha hydrogens)".. that's it (probably) !!
