contd. frm singlet carbene order

see in case of CF₂ der is possibility of back bonding bcoz of similar shape of 2p-2p orbital of F and C.and becomes stable.has sp2 hybridtn.

in case of Cl,Br,I d shape bcom really big and back bonding less effective.less stable.

so d given order.
