carbene reactions seem doubtful for me . even if so , then your product is wrong . atleast slightly . the benzene ring will be lost. we get a cyclohexadiene.

the option (b) can be get with two moles of benzene and one mole of ch2cl2
the option (c)can be get by di-merisation of product a i have given in my previous post
