Yeah the alkyl chloride here must be Isopropyl chloride (2-Chloropropane) and answer is the (B) option. And this time I am damn sure about it.
The same reaction is given in solomons on page no.672 with the full mechanism.
@ Nihal, all people are asking here or saying something about this reaction(doubts of yours) .Can't you just reply to them something, like if this reaction is given wrong in the book, or the same way or anything. Or at least post the answer.
