In the first question...D- will attack on the carbon binded to oxygen...O- will be formed which will be converted into alcohol grp(by the addition of H+)..then in the second step..due to H+ the alcoholic grp will leave as H2O and carbocation will be formed..and then there will be a double bond formation..so the final compound will have Deutrium attached to a double bond.
