1. Please explain R-S notations giving examples(i cudnot understand the exchange of priority numbers)

2.How to know a reaction is
(i) regioselective or stereoselective
(ii)Kinetically controlled or thermodynamically controlled

3.In this year JEE, question regarding reaction of Na with air(excess of air)....The possible ans were monoxide and peroxide...in dry air and sodium hydroxide in moist air(how to decide the ans for such questions??)

4.From where to learn Inorganic chemistry...This year almost half of the reactions in inorganic part was not there in either ncert or JD Lee/....

i know that right n left akand...

In one of the steps, u have to exchange the numbers given to the atoms attached to the carbon atom... i want to know that exactly... now confused....

but at times they are used for identifying ehether they are enantiomers, or identical(quickly),,iam not saying it is the only method!!
