Question. The number of monochloro derivative of isobutane is ????

answer given is 4................but mine 2 came............Can someone explain??

According to me the answer should be 2. I guess 4 is incorrect.

yes,,,,but if you assign specific nos to the sites available for chlorination, then the places are different ~ isn't it !!! [1]
