1SEE 1stly this question is incomplete.u shud b given d value of rotation as u've been given a specific value of 13.9. never mind solve it like this. take d rotation of "l" form to b x and rotaion of "d" form to b -x (this is coz dey both hv oppsite rotaion. % of "l" form to b y and % of "d" form to be 100-y now eq. is xy+(100-y)(-x)/100=13.9
frm this u will get der % and dat will determine d xcess.
also do take d value of rotation otherwise u'll hv 2 unknowns and it'll b cumbersum.
