OTs, or tosyl group is an extremely good leaving group. Sodium amide deprotonates alkyne group making it a reactive nucleophile. This attacks the carbon holding the tosyl group in cyclohexane in an SN2 reaction. Na/NH3 reduces alkynes to trans alkenes. mCPBA we all know what it does.
Missed out a bond after the substitution reaction...but that's not a problem.
