I would not recommend a single book for the both as Organic Chemistry need strong theory building.
Go for 'Solomons and Fryhles Organic Chemistry' or 'Organic Chemistry' by Paula Yurkanis Bruice.
and
for Problems Go for 'Arihant's Organic Chemistry' after you solve it 'Advanced Problems in Organic Chemistry by MS Chouhan'
