well in 2

one RS has no separated charges and 2 pi bnds

another RS has + and - on two extremums and one pi bond...

hence non equivalent! :)

what's RS, i mean
is there any simple explanaton to abve qn?(RS isn't in jee syll.)

By RS he means resonance structure, not R-S configuration.
