I think all are correct since all can show stereoisomerism

what i can spot here is a strong absence of link with English !....using "may" and "will" change almost all the statements !!

well i nmy opiion answer should be 1,3,4

being a chiral centre ensures optical acticity....whch are furtehr classified as distereomers and enatiomers (etc.)

4 th statement cant be correct...some types of allenes do not contain stereogenic centres and yet they are optically active.....
