It's Claisen rearrangement...as one ortho position is blocked the other will be taken.

Nope..it's not condensation at all. It's a rearrangement of allyl phenyl ether to an alpha-beta unsaturated ketone, but because of phenyl group it is accompanied by re-aromatisation.
