Q2. CH3COOH2+ i.e. CH3COOH+(H+) .. addition of H+ is equivalent to removal of OH- .. so Ch3CooH2+ si the conjugate acid of CH3COOH
CH3COOH2+ removal of H+ --> CH3CoOH so CH3COOH is conjugate base of CH3COOH2+
HF removal of H+ --> F- so F- is conjugate base of HF
So, only (a)
Q1. (not in syllabus)

at a given temperature, rate of a reaction is directly proportional to the active mass of the reactant
active mass = concentration * activity coefficient
=>a=c*f
(f) is a measure of non ideality , for ideal system f=1
for ideal solution, a=[molar concentration]
for pure liquid and solid, a=1
for ideal gas,a=partial pressure

ans-1) it should be a) only as in other cases it is only valid for ideal solutions.
ans-2)it should be a) only as HF is stonger than acetic acid.
