sugar dissolved in water but not dissociates.so no of particle remains constant throughout the solution.
In case of boiling egg albumin gets hard but protein gets denatured/disorder.
hence aqueous solution of sugar has less disorder than boiling egg.
so aq.solution of sugar has less entropy.
Option (2) is correct
priyam is rite in egg the large potein moleculs get denatured on boiling and become uncoiled which decreases entropy..
for 2nd case entropy increases bcoz..the process requires ∂H positive so to make ∂G negative ∂S has to be positiveand more than ∂H,,to make th process spontaneous
for egg...it decreases ofcorz.....it gets hard n solid inside...
for dissolution ofcorz entropy increases a solution is much more chaotic than a solute n a solvent.........
ΔH is positive.. so ΔS has to be positive to make ΔG negative...

Well for that boiling of egg...
earlier.. protein is collied and and in its large molecular form.. but on boiled it is denatured... and structure is uncoiled resulting in more random arrangement...
so entropy increases..
