Both of 1st and 2nd have each of 3 bond pair and 0 lone pair

hey how are the three isoelectronic???
only first two are isoelectronic (NO3- , CO32-).... also these three have planar structure (sp2 hybridised).
i think you have interchanged the terms in your question

well all the three are isostructural and yeah they have the structure of planar triangle,
central atom is sp2 hybridized and
@Euclid,
all three are isoelectronic also, they all have 24 outer electrons

Two or more molecular entities (atoms, molecules, ions) are described as being isoelectronic with each other if they have the same number of electrons or the same electron configuration and the same structure (number and connectivity of atoms), regardless of the nature of the elements involved.
The term valence isoelectronic is used when the above conditions are met but with only the same number of valence electrons.
@ Euclid. So the first two are Isoelectronic
@ Khyati. So the three are valence Isoelectronic.
But Which one to answer? I don't know?

Now, what am gonna write is the correct answer.
The three mention above are isotructural, because all three has the same structure,i.e,planar triangle.
Now coming whether they are isoelectronic or not ?
well they all contain 24 outer or valence electron (count the electrons in the valence electron
of each atom and sum them up and also include the charge on the ion). but among these
three only CO3-2 and NO3- are isoelectronic, SO3 is
not because the S atom has three shells of electron, so there is possibility of using d orbitals in
the bonding scheme.

no they r not isostructural khyati!!!

@ Akhil,
Give an explanation for your answer, prove it and then I shall tell why they are isostructural.
Anyways actually they are, they all have the structure of planar triangle.

Previously by mistake, I missed one para while reading, that's why committed a misstake in my earlier pst #4.
Yeah Euclid your post was flawless [1]

yes the question should have been the other way round...
all the three are isostructural(planar triangles) as central atom is sp2 hybridised...
but only the first two are isoelectronic...:)

should have been the other way round...
Means??? It should have been asked in other way?? Oops! Mine English is a bit weak?

@ Vivek,
It should have been
NO3-, CO32- and SO3 are isostructural but only first 2 are isoelectronic
