Even I had the same opinion as Debotosh while solving the prob

For isotonic solutions,
P(a) = P(b) (osmotic pressure)
=> C(a)RT = C(b)RT (assuming temp remains constant)
=> C(a) = C(b)
=> molar concentrations are same
Vapor pressure is directly proportional to concentration (actually mole fraction.) so it is also correct.
But weight concentrations need not be same.
