Yes John I am very positive that you should be allowed. You can better check it out with the IIT by calling them
As far as I know they do allow. And most of the seats go unfilled.
With your knowledge.. as much as I have seen you.. You could clear even by the general standard...
So Give it your best shot and check the exact detail (because I dont know it for every particular disease)
I do know a couple of students who were there in kharagpur inspite of their handicap.

i am asking if i clear jee through general standard will they allow me.
i don't care about handicapped quota as i am not a handicap.so,plz tell me about that after clearing through general standard will they allow me.

John there is a medical certificate that every person has to give with blood group, height etc..
As far as I know it does not matter.
I think they will allow you.
But again these are issues that it is better to get the information from the IIT directly by calling them up...
