Definitely D is not the answer..
Ï€ = iCRT
When particles get associated..then the Van't Hoff Factor < 1
So at CMC(Critical Miscelle Concentration) the osmotic pressure will decrease..
At CMC oil, grease , dirt will be dissolved (Mechanism of soaps)...

Viscosity is a measure of the resistance of a fluid...
so wen the particles get associated there are more strongly binded to each other..they will show high resistance for any incoming particle..
