1i think i can answer....there are n lattice points soooo....
octahedral voids are present on the edge centres and the body centre so effective no. of atom 12/4 + 1=4
for tetrahedral are present in body diagnols 2 in each sooo
effective no. =2*4=8
now the number of cubes be n soooo
4n and 8n
