i am not checking for better soln there was a constraint that u can use three type of operators it doesnt matter how many times u are using that .....................................
even now i am unable to solve this one earlier i got all numbers upto 100 with three zero three operator
i think i will post the solution soon
@KR
no disagreement...
but i couldnt find something better...
may be gaurav can help us with this!

nishanat bhaiyya,
if one can use constants like exp(e),log with base 10,(10x),etc.
y cant we use it directly::230!*0!*0!.....etc.

good work abhirup but u r basically using four type of mathematical functions
greatest integer,factorial,+and - so .................
but it is a gr8 work..........
sir why is this but
isn't the answer perfect???
sir please solve in any shorter method (if u have one)

I got...23 but using five 0's !!!
(0!+0!)[antilog(0!)+0!] + 0! = 23
But using three 0's.........[7][7][7]
Thanks gaurav..
23 seems difficult.. sochna hoga.. that one came when i was about to sleep.. lets see if i am lucky this time :)
cool nishant and again u are better than my expectation
but this was only to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY from my side and
TRY 23
three zeroes .....but then maximmum no.of operators dat can b used is two......question is not completely clear....
i THOUGHT OF BINARY ALREADY BUT HOW WILL U MAKE 1011 APPEAR OUT OF 3 0'S AND 3 TYPES OF MATHEMATICAL OPERATORS?
MUST BE A BIGGER CALCULATION MISTAKE THAN MINE [3]
ans is 1011 BINARY form [3] [3] [3] [4][4][4][4] .. sorry for noon usage of mathematical operators .. KINDLY ACCEPT INCONVINIENCE [4][5][5][4]
(0 x 0) + 0
How's this 11?
?
