We all know that to study better and to have a longer attention span, we need to keep fit and have a healthy body and mind. Do we really need to do gym and all that crap for this purpose? Not really. yes mera bhi weight badh gaya in my drop year .
I will recommend people to do power yoga. It is extremely helpful in improving concentration . One hour daily and ur job is done. Instead of wasting time on tiit rather do power yoga lol
