21how to check IP address?
today i was checking casually the IP address with which my accounts were logged in for fun....to my surprise i found a IP address from US loging in on 8th MAY 63.251.219.207 .....seems one from US.maybe califronia......plz any experts in this field wats the risk involved...[the account has some sensitive info.[2]..thts y i m woried....]one more thing it was logged in by some organization whos name i don remember......anyone has any idea of the organization which runs with this IP address??

1Maybe that because of network switch. 2 days ago i too was checking the IP address...when I found that targetiit was being operated from California..!!

39Nishant bhaiya...a sniffer tool could easily be used. Even the command prompt could be used.
Using the command -netstat, you get the statistics of where your connection packets are going and their domain names.
I believe a whois lookup works too. This is what I found using netstat :

And this using a whois lookup :
