On the <a href="http://www.targetiit.com/home.html)">TargetIIT home page</a>, one of the buttons along the top of the page is for "Bookmarks". I clicked it and am taken to a blank page. I assume this page is for me to save some bookmarks that are important to me. But how do I use this service? I don't see a link or button that says "Add Bookmark" or something like that. Or am I making the wrong assumption in the first place?
I am using the latest version of Firefox. Is that relevant? Am I missing something that is displayed by IE?

I notice the URL is not displaying correctly in my post above. How do correctly mark the anchor text for a URL in these forums?
