a very simple question: why do molecules of highly polar molecules have energy even at the absolute zero?

You should note that even the non-polar molecules would have non-zero energy at Absolute zero because of the Heisenberg uncertainty principle.

as in polar molecules we have charges so columbic forces will be there .As coulumbic forces doesnt depend upon temperature we will always have forces so we have energy.and also at T=0 we can assume there is no kinetic energy for the molecules

There is an energy called Zero point energy according to which atoms don't cease to vibrate even at absolute zero point
