(a + 2b + 2c + d + e + f)/(a + 2c + f) = (a+2c+f + 2b+d+e)/ (a+2c+f) = 1 + (2b+d+e)/(a+2c+f)

so all that we have to prove is (2b+d+e)=(a+2c+f)

Given they are in AP.. it is a piece of cake :)

all that you have to observe is that a+c = 2b and c+f = d+e (why?)
