If 5 AM's are inserted between 4 & 15 & the value of 3rd arithmetic mean be β then find value of \beta (\sum_{1\leq i}{\sum_{<j<k}{\sum_{ \leq 8}{a}}}+\sum_{i=1}^{8}{\sum_{j=1}^{8}{a}})
