21dump those scrary notations and write completely and then cross-multiply.
put x = -r , and u will get Ar
eg- after cross-multiplying if u put x = -3 u will get A3= (-1)37! 3!
this way u will get Ar = (-1)rr!(10-r)! = (-1)r 10Cr10!
the rest part is easy

1@Aditya .............. I don't think there's any generalised way to evaluate n!2n . The only possible result I think is that the given expression cannot be an integer .............
