This is not a very difficult question.. Try by venn diagram...

first \\P(A^c|B^c)=\frac{1-P(AUB)}{1-P(B)}=\frac{1-P(A)-P(B)+P(A\bigcap{B})}{1-P(B)}=\\\frac{1-P(A)-P(B)+P(A)P(B)}{1-P(B)}=1-P(A)

The first result is an outcome of venn diagram
