Statement1- if p(x)=x²+px+p₁ and q(x)=x²+qx+q₁ where p,p₁,q,q₁ are real and the equation p(x).q(x)=0 has atmost one real root then (1+p+p₁) (1+q+q₁)>0

Statement2- if a quadratic ax²+bx+c has no real root then a(ax²+bx+c)>0 for all x belonging to the set of real numbers..
