wat is the way to find out the rank of a word using permutation nd combination like the rank of word "mahatma" ,is there any other way to find rank of a word????

62try to first count the no of words where A, h are the first letters.
THen count those words where M is the first letter, A is the second and A is the third
then count those where M is 1st, A is second, H is 3rd, A is 4th and (A or M is the 5th)
Then count those where M is 1st, A is second, H is 3rd, A is 4th, t is 5th and A is the 6th
Add 1 for the word mahatma itself :)
This is a very dirty question.... Get it done..
