a b d imply f(x)=0 and result follows
i tink som mistake in Q
let n>=2 be a fixed integers. f(x) be a bounded function definned in f:(0,a)->R satisfying f(x)=1/n2r=0 Σ(n-1)a f((x+r)/n) ...
then f(x) =
a) -f(x)
b) 2f(x)
c) f(2x)
d) nf(x)
this is a wrong question...
cos (n-1)a has to be an integer...
!!
I dont know if this is the correct thing!
a b d imply f(x)=0 and result follows
i tink som mistake in Q
celestine , you have missed the c option
as f(x)=0 for all x
f(x)=f(2x)=0!!
so the answer =a,b,c,d
satan u cant take option c
cos f(2x) will be out of domain for x>a/2
i dun want answers dear(s) ... i have the ans..
i want method...
btw,,,, lemme tell all of you... the question IS wrong...
the fiitjee ppl themselves agreed... so ... am no more interested in a wrong question...
but i wud surely love to see how rightly u solved a wrong question to get the right answers... :P
