Let I_1=\int_{0}^{\frac{\pi}{2}}{\frac{sin\alpha cos\alpha}{(\alpha+1)}d\alpha}

I_2=\int_{0}^{\pi}}{ \frac{cos\alpha}{(\alpha+2)^2}d\alpha}.

Find the value of \frac{2I_1+I_2}{2}.
