i think we shud start by substitution e.g
in case of x, t= cos 2z
in case of y, t= tan z
adjust the limits of t in both cases which may help in finding out the integration of the area.

@eureka, u hv done any mistake in taking limits, i suppose!!!
correct me if i am wrong!!!
