CACULUS BEGINS

I thought sir is having busy days
so why not we start a thread 4 the calculus

I will daily post question on calculus (both integral and differential)
So lets take off[1]

Q1
If [x] denotes the integral part of x , then the domain of f(x)=cos-1(x+[x]) is

(a)(0,1)
(b)[0,1)
(c)[0,1]
(d)[-1,1]

PLEASE DONT GIVE THE ANSWERS BLINDLY
DO SOLVE THEM IN THE FORUMS COMPLETELY(IF U THINK UR METHOD IS CORRECT)

4 d 1st 1......
let f(x)=cos-1 (x+[x])
-1 ≤ x+[x] ≤ 1
bt [x] = x-{x}
-1≤2x - {x} ≤ 1
2x-1 ≤{x} ≤ 1 +2x
bt {x} belongs 2 [0,1)
so ans z [0, 1)
