if u arent able to open the site then the solution is :
[PS: this gr8 solution is given by our gr8 prophet sir [1] ]
let f(x) = g(x) - 1
then we get f(x)f(y) = f(xy)
hence f(x) = |x|c
where c is any constant
hence g(x) = |x|c + 1
for x = 2 , g(x) = 5
hence g(x) = x2 + 1
