In the interval -2 to 3 4^x² is the minimum n otherone in the other intercal...no equationg the powers it bcums easy...

i.e
(x-1)²>0
and

2^x+3>2^4x-2

x<5/3

answer is x<5/3
but not including 1

At 1, the equality exists but that is not the required conditon...therefore less than 5/3 , excluding 1
