f(-x)=f(x)
f(-x)=-f(x)
therefore,f(x)=-f(x)
2f(x)=0
f(x)=0
therefore f(3)-f(2)=0
Is c is the answer?

I guess f(x)=0 is the only function which is both even and odd.
