try this

P(x) be a polynomial of degree at the most 5 which leaves the reaminders -1 and 1 upon division by (x-1)3 and (x+1)3

1)....find the no of real roots of p(X)=0

2)....the max value of y=P''(x) can be obtained at x

xyz y is the quotient for both the divisors the same ?

P(x)=a1x5+a2x4+....+a5

P(1)=p(ω)=p(ω2)=1

-3=3a5+3a3

similarly u know dat P(-1)=P(-w)=P(-w2)=1

use this to find the coefficients.

This is from a Hong Kong National Olympiad. These guys are simply flicking the problem from such sources tweaking them a little and then confusing students
