1This is not a general form.............
It is just a method to find the eqn of a circle when three points r known.
for circle through (a1,b1), (a2,b2), is given by
(x-a1)(x-a2)+(y-b1)(y-b2)+λy=0
This is not a concept.
I saw this in an assersion reason question earlier[108]
11To state it more clearly (it is a concept)
a circle passing through two points (a1,a2) and (b1,b2) where these two points are the ends of a diameter
(x-a1)(x-a2)+(y-b1)(y-b2)+λ(eqn of line passing through the two points)=0
