HEY
I AM TRYING SOMETHING NEW AND CREATIVE SO PLEASE BEAR IT AND DO INFORM AM I CORRECT OR NOT!!!!!!!!!

NOW I AM ASSERTING THAT THE AREA WILL BE MINIMUM IF BOTH THE LINES ARE PARALLEL

i.e SLOPE OF ax+by=1 SHOULD BE tan^-14/3
SO
THIS IS MINIMUM WHEN a/b=4/3 AND IT SHOULD BE PROPORTIONAL SO a=8 AND b=6

and the area =1/2ab
=1/2X8X6=24
