1it is best to do aeronautic through iit but there are some good institution in mumbai and pune if u wanted name of institution pls send scrap and there is phd courses of aeronautic engg of iit which are open for aieee btech course holder and if details is not sufficeint go to site of indian aero program and as u aa lady there is special prefereance courses given by government
62i asked a few firends and even gaurav is from kanpur i think they said that it is the only iit where there is an air field...
they go there for training.. so it has to be the best..
