Hey, i am not able to make a new user account at ccb.nic.in ,the one which is required for Choice Locking etc...It always gives me the same error,"Please Enter Roll No,Application No and Name & date of birth as printed in your Admit Card"....I checked and double checked,but all details are perfect....my rank allows me counselling,so thats not the issue... .....Has anyone tried it?
