u ll easily get nit with a decent stream at 12000 in aieee
i wud not suggest u msc from bits( in my opinion )

I will not get best NIT with my rank.Nor will I get BE at BITS ,so what should I do ?

BITS Dual is a good option, better to prefer it over a not-so-gud-branch in any NIT.
(Lekin only if u r not specifically inclined to any particular branch lyke CS etc.)
